The curing process naturally produces heat - so the temperature of a standard curing box can quickly rise above the required controlled temperature - even in cold climates. That's why Thermocure II contains a heat pump that both heats and cools, so you always maintain a precise, even temperature within 2 degrees F in any environment! (Other units force you to flush them regularly with a hose to cool them down!) With Thermocure II you just set the electronic control at 73 degrees and forget it!
