Thermocure
II: The first truly portable concrete cylinder curing
box
Your
Job Requires it. Thermocure II Guarantees it.
Proper
curing of test cylinders under controlled conditions
is almost certain to be required in all 50 states in the
near future. To meet ASTM testing standards, sample concrete
cylinders should be maintained at 73 degrees (+/-3 degrees)
before being tested by a laboratory. Failure to maintain
a precise curing test environment can reduce strength test
results in excess of 10% and that can mean headaches down
the road. It pays to do it right - and the Thermocure II
makes it easy!
Maintains
the Right Temperature in any Environment!
Automatic
temperature control. The curing process naturally produces
heat - so the temperature of a standard curing box can quickly
rise above the required controlled temperature - even in
cold climates. That's why Thermocure II contains a heat
pump that both heats and cools, so you always maintain a
precise, even temperature within 2 degrees F in any environment!
(Other units force you to flush them regularly with a hose
to cool them down!) With Thermocure II you just set the
electronic control at 73 degrees and forget it!
Designed
for Long-Lasting Dependability!
Component
construction. Everything in the new Thermocure II unit
can be removed and replaced if necessary, including the
heat pump, LED thermometer display, valves, rack and electrical
connections, so there's never a need to replace the whole
unit. And with overnight shipping available, you can almost
have your replacement part back in operation without interrupting
the curing cycle
Easy
to Transport, Easy to Use
Lightweight
Plastic construction will never rust or corrode, and
at 162 lbs, Thermocure II is easily transportable to and
from the job site. (Compare this to competitive steel units
weighing up to 400 lbs!) Runs off a standard 110 Volt outlet
(15 amp minimum).
